Don’t get pinned
Check out this giant safety pin. It’s huge! And it balances so perfectly!
I happened to stumble across it when I visited the de Young Museum on its free day (which is every first Tuesday of the month). I never realized how big the place was, and much art it held. But what I saw was pretty sweet. My favorite spot was, like many others, the observation tower that had the most perfect panoramic views of San Francisco.

I’ll take the “Whole She-Bang” for $8.99
There’s something about The Boiling Crab that makes waiting 1.5 hours for a table a cinch. Maybe it’s their medium Whole She-Bang sauce. Maybe it’s the amazing crawfish. Maybe it’s the writings on the walls.
Or maybe it’s the fact that you can go in and pig out on seafood, throw your waste on the table, and lick your fingers right before you clean up while not being judged in the process.
Yeah, that’s probably it.

Add a little spice to your kitchen
I’ll admit, I’m not the best chef out there. My claim to fame with my cousins was always my ability to cook a mean mac and cheese (though that was acquired by simply following the directions on the box), but there’s something about these spices that make me want to have a Food Network worthy kitchen.
Our Target was recently renovated to include a grocery section, and while browsing I came across the new baking aisle filled with every spice you can imagine. I wanted to buy every single one of these, put it on a rack, and host some sort of BBQ/dinner so that everyone could see. Ha!

Welcome to the new blog for The Paper Cow! Armed with my cool little iPhone (and sometimes with the use of the Hipstamatic app), I’ll post all the random finds that I come across in the hopes that you’ll be inspired to be creative, as well.
So sit back, relax, and enjoy reading up on the things that inspire and amuse me.
Superheroes!
